In Kenya, since the start of year, (2014), different functional Secretariats have been set up. These include:

• The Projects Secretariat - Handling Real Estate and Property Development
• The Communications Docket - Handling Profiling and Media relations.
• The Operations Docket - Handling Administrative and Operational issues
• A special Projects team - Currently looking into M-KURA
